![]() ![]() ![]() I have just collimated the scope but it wasn’t that far out at all. A H20 eyepiece is included giving nominally 45 magnification or with the 3X Barlow nearly 150. The spotting scope works fine with 4 calibration screws two at each end. This telescope has given pin sharp views of the moon and planets exactly what you expect with Meade. All the mount controls are smooth with the added bonus it’s a lot more stable than others I have seen and the swivel between the mount and the tripod is also smooth, handy for terrestrial stuff, other mounts are not so. You probably wouldn’t notice them unless I pointed them out. The tripod has had a couple of repairs carried out on the mount and now is probably stronger than it was when new. The tripod is included and extends fully so you can stand an observe or collapse it and sit in a comfy chair and view. The focus control works smooth with no issues. ( not shown)I think that’s every thing !
